Rating solicitation appears at times when it can’t be dismissed

Result:
Rating request appears on top of the modal Save File window. Even though it’s in front of the Save window, it’s buttons are inaccessible because the Save dialog controls focus. If you click on Save window, you can save your file and both windows disappear. Thus begins a cycle of the Ratings dialog appearing when you can’t interact with it and disappearing when you can. I was able to invoke it manually by launching New File Here directly from my Applications folder. From here, you can either rate the app or dismiss the request.

This is pretty poor design.

The app works reasonably well, otherwise.
